Market Place Vendor Details and Application Form
Are you interested in becoming a showcasing your products or services at The Lake Oconee Food & Wine Festival? Please read the guidelines and application information. You can use the form below to apply to become a vendor at The Market Place.
Market Place Vendor Information
- Applications may be submitted by email or through the LOFW Festival website. However, space is limited, so selection is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The deadline for application and fees is February 28, 2026.
- Submit 5 photographs. All photographs become the property of LOFW and will not be returned.
- One (1) photograph of applicant at work on art or product. Include artist and show work-in-progress.
- Three (3) close-up photographs of product
- One (1) photograph of your merchandising effort (typical product display)
- Art/Craft/Product/Gourmet Food items offered for sale must be made by the applicant.
- Prints offered by artists may not exceed 50% of offering. Original art must meet or exceed 50% of offerings.
- Applications for packaged food shall include a copy of a current certificate accepted by the State of Georgia and valid during LOFW (U.S.D.A., State Department of Agriculture and State Health Department Inspection Certificate are generally acceptable.)
- Applicants are required to be present, full time, during the festival. Marketplace hours are 10am – 4pm.
- Exhibitors may not sub-lease assigned booths.
- The sale of t-shirts and caps is prohibited.
- Exhibitor must be 21 or over in age.
OUR RESPONSE:
Every application is considered promptly. You will receive an automated email that verifies we have received your application. We will let you know if your application is accepted or not. We will also let you know if you are placed on our wait-list.
FEES:
Fees for single booths are $250.00 and include:
- (1) 6 ft. OR 8 ft. skirted table
- Listing on LOFW website, social media, & auction site
- Assistance with unloading/loading
- Saturday hotel parking (1 vehicle)
Once you receive notification that your application has been accepted, please promptly submit payment using the options listed below. Once payment is received, your name and website information will be added to the Festival website.
PAYMENT SUBMISSION:
Application and Payment Deadline: All vendors must be reserved no later than February 28, 2026. Receipt of payment confirms your reservation. Payment may be submitted electronically or mailed:
Payment must be received within 15 days of acceptance. If payment is not received within 15 days, your application will become void.

AUCTION ITEM DONATION:
Each exhibitor is asked to donate an item ($50 or more value) to our silent auction. All funds raised from the silent auction benefit local children’s charities.
2026 FESTIVAL DATE:
The Market Place date is Saturday, March 21, 2026, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Set-up begins on Saturday at 8:00 A.M.
SITE:
The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA. Exhibition space is located in and around the hotel buildings. Outside spaces are located on natural ground, which may not be level.
PARKING:
Exhibitor and customer parking is adjacent to the festival grounds. Exhibitor parking for one vehicle is complimentary.
